Description
Nurofen Joint & Muscular Pain Relief 200mg Medicated Plasters – 2 Plasters
Nurofen Joint & Muscular Pain Relief 200mg Medicated Plasters contain ibuprofen and are designed to provide targeted, localised relief from joint and muscular pain, backache, rheumatic pain, and stiffness. They are applied directly to the skin over the affected area, delivering the active ingredient where it is needed most.
⸻
How It Works
Each plaster contains ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). When applied to the skin, ibuprofen is absorbed through it and works locally to reduce inflammation and relieve pain in the underlying muscles and joints. Because the medicine is delivered directly to the affected area, less of it enters the bloodstream compared to taking ibuprofen by mouth.
⸻
Directions for Use
For adults and young people aged 16 and over. Apply one plaster to the affected area up to twice daily. Leave the plaster in place for up to 12 hours at a time. Do not apply more than two plasters in any 24-hour period. These plasters are not suitable for children under 16 years of age. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.
⸻
