Do I have to pay for these healthcare services?

All our NHS services are free of charge so you don’t have to pay anything for them. Our current Telehealth services include:

  • Pharmacy Contraception Service
  • Pharmacy First Service
Is there anything I need to do before my appointment?
Once you've booked an appointment, simply await a call from one of our pharmacists at the designated time. We recommend preparing by jotting down your current prescriptions and symptoms beforehand. This way, you can easily reference them during your consultation.
Will the pharmacist let my GP know if they recommend any changes to my existing medication?
Yes. We will contact your GP about any changes to your medications and to ensure you receive optimal care.
Will you be introducing new health services in future?
Yes. Pharmacy Contraception and Pharmacy First services are expected to be just the beginning of a broader initiative by the NHS to give people more choice in how they can access treatment.
