How It Works
This medicine contains two active ingredients that work together. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain, fever, and inflammation by blocking chemicals in the body called prostaglandins. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride is a decongestant that helps to narrow the blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving congestion and making it easier to breathe.

Directions for Use
For adults and young people aged 12 years and over: take one or two tablets up to three times a day as needed, leaving at least 4 hours between doses. Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours. Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. This product is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.

Who Should Not Use This Product
• Children under 12 years of age
• People who are allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin, or other NSAIDs
• People with a history of stomach ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding
• People with severe heart, liver, or kidney disease
• People taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days of stopping them
• People with high blood pressure (hypertension) or hyperthyroidism
• Women who are pregnant (especially in the last trimester) or breastfeeding without medical advice
• People currently taking other decongestants or ibuprofen-containing products

Storage
Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the packaging.
