Nelsons Arnicare Arnica Cream is a traditional herbal medicine used to help relieve the symptoms of bruises and minor muscle aches on unbroken skin. It contains arnica montana, a well-known plant extract that has been used for generations to soothe bruising and bumps.

Directions for Use

For adults and children aged 1 year and over, apply a small amount of cream gently to the affected area up to 3 times daily. Smooth into the skin and allow to absorb. Possible Side Effects

Who Should Not Take This Medicine

• The affected area has an open wound or is near the eyes or mouth

Interactions

As a topically applied herbal cream, Nelsons Arnicare Arnica Cream is not known to interact with other medicines when used as directed on unbroken skin. However, you should avoid applying other topical preparations to the same area at the same time without seeking advice first. Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the tube tightly closed when not in use. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the packaging.
