How to Use
Apply the sensor to the back of your upper arm using the single-use applicator provided — the process is quick and designed to be as painless as possible. Once applied, open the FreeStyle Libre 3 app on your compatible smartphone and follow the in-app instructions to activate the sensor; readings will begin automatically after a one-hour warm-up period. Wear the sensor continuously for up to 15 days, checking your glucose readings through the app as often as needed. If you are unsure how to use this product, speak to your PillSorted pharmacist.

Who Is This Product For
The FreeStyle Libre 3 PLUS Sensor is suitable for adults and children aged 4 years and over who have diabetes and require regular glucose monitoring. It is particularly beneficial for those managing type 1 or type 2 diabetes who wish to reduce the need for routine finger-prick testing and gain a clearer picture of their glucose trends. It is not suitable for use during MRI scans, CT scans, or X-ray imaging, and should not be used if you are pregnant or on dialysis without first consulting your healthcare team.

Storage
Store sensors at room temperature between 4°C and 25°C, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not use a sensor beyond its printed expiry date, and allow the sensor to reach room temperature for at least 30 minutes before application if it has been stored in a cooler environment. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
