How to Use
Apply the sensor to the back of your upper arm using the single-use applicator provided — application is quick and designed to be as painless as possible. Open the FreeStyle Libre 2 app on your compatible smartphone (or set up your FreeStyle Libre 2 reader) and follow the in-app prompts to start the sensor. Glucose readings begin after a one-hour warm-up period, and you can scan to view a reading at any time during the 15-day wear. Who Is This Product For
The FreeStyle Libre 2 PLUS Sensor is suitable for adults and children aged 4 years and over who have diabetes and require regular glucose monitoring. It is particularly beneficial for those managing type 1 or type 2 diabetes who wish to reduce the need for routine finger-prick testing and gain a clearer picture of their glucose trends. It is not suitable for use during MRI scans, CT scans, or X-ray imaging, and should not be used if you are pregnant or on dialysis without first consulting your healthcare team.

Storage
Store sensors at room temperature between 4°C and 25°C, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not use a sensor beyond its printed expiry date, and allow the sensor to reach room temperature for at least 30 minutes before application if it has been stored in a cooler environment. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
