Beconase Hayfever Relief Nasal Spray is a corticosteroid nasal spray used to relieve the symptoms of hayfever (seasonal allergic rhinitis) and perennial allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, itching, and a blocked or runny nose. Each bottle contains 180 sprays, providing reliable, non-drowsy allergy relief.

How It Works

The active ingredient, beclomethasone dipropionate, is a corticosteroid that works by reducing inflammation in the lining of the nasal passages. By calming this inflammation, it relieves swelling, irritation, and congestion, making it easier to breathe and reducing allergy symptoms. It may take a few days of regular use before you notice the full benefit.

Directions for Use

Adults and children aged 18 and over: spray twice into each nostril twice daily (morning and evening), or use two sprays into each nostril once daily. The usual total daily dose is 200 micrograms (two sprays per nostril twice daily). This product is not recommended for children under 18 years of age without medical advice. Possible Side Effects

Who Should Not Take This Medicine

• People currently taking other corticosteroid medicines without medical advice

Interactions

Beconase is not widely known to interact with many common medicines when used as directed. However, using other corticosteroid products (such as steroid inhalers, tablets, or skin creams) at the same time may increase your overall exposure to steroids, which could cause additional side effects. Alcohol
