Description
Anusol Cream – 43g
Anusol Cream is an over-the-counter treatment for piles (haemorrhoids), helping to relieve the discomfort, itching, and irritation associated with this common condition. It can be used for both internal and external haemorrhoids.
⸻
How It Works
Anusol Cream contains three active ingredients that work together to soothe and treat haemorrhoids. Zinc oxide acts as an astringent to shrink swollen tissue and protect the skin, bismuth oxide and bismuth subgallate help to reduce inflammation and protect the affected area, while balsam peru acts as an antiseptic to help prevent infection and promote healing.
⸻
Directions for Use
Adults and children aged 12 and over: apply the cream sparingly to the affected area up to four times daily, including after each bowel movement. For internal use, use the nozzle applicator provided to apply the cream gently inside the rectum. Anusol Cream is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Always read the patient information leaflet before use. If you are unsure about the correct dose, speak to your PillSorted pharmacist.
