Sterimar Isotonic Breathe Easy Nasal Spray is a drug-free, natural sea water nasal spray designed to gently cleanse and moisturise nasal passages. It is used to relieve nasal congestion, dryness, and irritation caused by colds, flu, allergies, hayfever, and everyday pollution.

How It Works

Sterimar uses purified natural sea water with a salt concentration matching that of your body’s own cells (isotonic). When sprayed into the nose, it gently flushes away mucus, allergens, dust, and other irritants, helping to clear the nasal passages and restore normal breathing. Because it works physically rather than chemically, it contains no drugs, steroids, or preservatives.

Directions for Use

Sterimar Isotonic Breathe Easy Nasal Spray is suitable for adults and children aged 3 years and over. For adults and children aged 3 and above, spray 1–2 times into each nostril as needed, up to several times throughout the day. Tilt your head slightly forward, insert the nozzle gently into the nostril, and press the button to release the spray. Breathe normally during use. Possible Side Effects

Sterimar is generally very well tolerated. Side effects are rare but may include:
• Temporary stinging or mild discomfort in the nose

• Mild nasal irritation in sensitive individuals

Who Should Not Take This Medicine

Sterimar is not suitable for:

Sterimar Isotonic Breathe Easy Nasal Spray is drug-free and does not contain any pharmacologically active substances. Storage

Store Sterimar Isotonic Breathe Easy Nasal Spray at room temperature, below 25°C. Do not freeze. After first use, the spray can be used for up to 6 months. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the packaging.
