Motusol Max 2.32% Gel is a topical pain-relieving gel containing diclofenac, used to relieve pain, swelling, and inflammation associated with muscle aches, sprains, strains, and minor sports injuries in adults and adolescents aged 14 and over.

How It Works

Motusol Max contains diclofenac diethylammonium, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). When applied to the skin, it is absorbed into the underlying tissue where it works by reducing the production of prostaglandins — the natural chemicals in the body that cause pain, swelling, and inflammation.

Directions for Use

Adults and adolescents aged 14 and over: Apply a small amount of gel (2–4 cm) to the affected area two to three times daily and gently rub in. Wash hands after use and avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or broken skin. Do not apply under airtight dressings. If symptoms have not improved after 7 days, consult a doctor. Possible Side Effects

• Skin redness, itching, or rash at the application site
• Dry or flaking skin at the application site
• A burning or tingling sensation where the gel is applied
• Skin irritation or dermatitis
• In rare cases, increased sensitivity of the skin to sunlight (photosensitivity)

Who Should Not Use This Product

• People who are allergic to diclofenac, aspirin, ibuprofen, or any other NSAID
• People who have experienced asthma, hives, or allergic reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs
• Children under 14 years of age
• People in the last three months of pregnancy
• Anyone with known hypersensitivity to any of the excipients in the product
• Do not apply to broken, damaged, or infected skin, or near the eyes or mucous membranes

Storage

Store below 25°C. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Keep the tube tightly closed after use. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the packaging.
