Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Lemon Powder Sachets are a hot lemon drink used to relieve the symptoms of cold and flu, including fever, headache, sore throat, nasal congestion, and aches and pains.

How It Works

Each sachet contains paracetamol, which reduces fever and relieves pain such as headaches and body aches. Phenylephrine hydrochloride acts as a decongestant, helping to clear a blocked nose by narrowing the blood vessels in the nasal passages. Together, these ingredients provide targeted relief from the most common cold and flu symptoms.

Directions for Use

Adults and young people aged 16 and over: empty one sachet into a mug and add hot (not boiling) water, then stir well. Take one sachet every 4 to 6 hours as needed, up to a maximum of 4 sachets in 24 hours. Do not give to children under 16 years of age. Leave at least 4 hours between doses and do not exceed the stated dose. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.

Possible Side Effects

• Skin rashes or allergic reactions

Who Should Not Use This Product

• Children under 16 years of age
• People who are allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine, or any other ingredient in the product
• People taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or who have taken them within the past 14 days
• People with severe high blood pressure (hypertension) or severe heart disease
• People with an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism)
• People currently taking other products containing paracetamol or decongestants
• People with severe liver or kidney problems

Storage

Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep the sachets in their original packaging. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the packaging.
