How It Works

Activated charcoal works by adsorbing (binding to) excess gas and other substances in the digestive tract, helping to reduce bloating and wind. Because it is not absorbed into the body itself, it acts locally within the gut to trap gas and ease discomfort.

Directions for Use

Adults and children aged 12 years and over: take 2 tablets after meals, up to three times daily, or as directed. Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. This product is not recommended for children under 12 years of age without medical advice. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.

• Black or very dark stools (this is normal and harmless)
• Constipation

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the packaging.
