Description
Gaviscon Advance Oral Suspension Aniseed (Ltd) – 250ml
Gaviscon Advance Oral Suspension Aniseed is a pharmacy medicine used to relieve the symptoms of heartburn, acid indigestion, and gastro-oesophageal reflux, including the discomfort caused by stomach acid travelling back up into the throat (acid reflux).
⸻
How It Works
Gaviscon Advance works by forming a thick, stable gel (known as a raft) on top of the stomach contents shortly after you swallow it. This raft acts as a physical barrier that helps prevent stomach acid from rising back up into the oesophagus (food pipe), providing fast and effective relief from the burning sensation associated with acid reflux and heartburn.
⸻
