How to Use
Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. Open a foil pouch and insert the test strip into the strip port of your compatible meter — the meter will switch on automatically. Use a lancing device to obtain a small drop of blood from the side of your fingertip, then touch the blood drop to the target area on the strip. Your blood glucose reading will appear on the meter screen within 5 seconds. Always follow the instructions supplied with your meter and lancing device. They are suitable for adults and children with diabetes under appropriate guidance. Always check that the strips are within their expiry date and that the meter has been correctly set up before testing.

Storage
Store the unopened foil pouches at room temperature between 4°C and 30°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use each strip immediately after opening its foil pouch — do not pre-open strips. Do not use beyond the printed expiry date. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
