Description
Forceval Multivitamins and Minerals Complex – 15 Capsules
Forceval Multivitamins and Minerals Complex is a comprehensive supplement containing 24 essential vitamins, minerals, and trace elements in a single daily capsule. It is used to prevent and treat nutritional deficiencies, and is particularly suitable for people recovering from illness or surgery, or those following special or restricted diets.
⸻
How It Works
Each capsule delivers a carefully balanced combination of vitamins and minerals that the body needs for normal growth, energy production, immune function, and overall health. By supplementing the diet with these nutrients, Forceval helps to correct or prevent deficiencies that may arise when dietary intake alone is not sufficient.
⸻
Directions for Use
Adults and children aged 5 years and over should take one capsule daily, preferably with or after food. Swallow the capsule whole with a drink of water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Always read the patient information leaflet before use. If you are unsure about the correct dose, speak to your PillSorted pharmacist.

Interactions
Forceval may interact with certain medicines. The iron in Forceval can reduce the absorption of antibiotics such as tetracyclines and quinolones, as well as levodopa and thyroid medicines — leave at least two hours between taking Forceval and these medicines. Vitamin K in this product may affect the action of anticoagulants such as warfarin. Zinc may reduce the absorption of penicillamine. Tell your PillSorted pharmacist or doctor about all medicines you are currently taking, including herbal remedies and supplements.
⸻
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
Forceval contains 2500 IU of vitamin A, which means it is not recommended during pregnancy, as high doses of vitamin A can be harmful to an unborn baby. A folic acid supplement of 400 mcg daily is recommended during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy — a dedicated pregnancy supplement may be more appropriate. Speak to your doctor or PillSorted pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding.
⸻
Alcohol
There are no known direct interactions between Forceval and alcohol. However, excessive alcohol consumption can impair the absorption and utilisation of many vitamins and minerals, which may reduce the effectiveness of this supplement. Drinking within the recommended UK guidelines is advised.
⸻
Driving and Operating Machinery
Forceval is not known to cause drowsiness or to impair your ability to drive or operate machinery. You should be safe to drive as normal whilst taking this supplement.
⸻
Storage
Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct heat and light. Keep the container tightly closed. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the packaging.
