    Description

    Cialis Together 10mg – 4 Tablets

Cialis Together 10mg contains tadalafil and is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. It helps men achieve and maintain an erection firm enough for sexual activity when they are sexually aroused.

    How It Works

Tadalafil belongs to a group of medicines called PDE5 inhibitors. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, allowing more blood to flow in when you are sexually aroused. This increased blood flow helps you get and keep an erection. It is important to note that sexual stimulation is still needed — tadalafil will not cause an erection on its own.

    Directions for Use

The recommended dose for adults is one 10mg tablet taken at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours. Tadalafil can be taken with or without food, and the tablet should be swallowed whole with water. Always read the patient information leaflet before use. If you are unsure about the correct dose, speak to your PillSorted pharmacist.

    Active Ingredients

    • Tadalafil 10mg per tablet

    Possible Side Effects

    • Headache
    • Flushing (feeling of warmth or redness in the face)
    • Indigestion or stomach upset
    • Back pain or muscle aches
    • Nasal congestion (blocked or runny nose)
    • Dizziness
    • Visual disturbances (such as blurred vision or changes in colour vision)

If you experience any serious side effects, stop taking this medicine and seek medical advice immediately.

Who Should Not Take This Medicine

    • Men who are allergic to tadalafil or any other ingredient in this medicine
    • Men taking nitrates (e.g. glyceryl trinitrate for chest pain) or nitric oxide donors, as the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure
    • Men taking riociguat (used to treat pulmonary hypertension)
    • Men who have been advised to avoid sexual activity due to a heart condition
    • Men who have had a recent stroke or heart attack
    • Men with severe liver or kidney disease
    • Men with low blood pressure (hypotension)
    • Men with a rare hereditary condition affecting the eyes (retinitis pigmentosa)

    Interactions

Tadalafil can interact with several medicines, including nitrates, alpha-blockers (used for high blood pressure or prostate problems), certain antifungal medicines (e.g. ketoconazole), certain antibiotics (e.g. erythromycin), HIV protease inhibitors, and other medicines used to treat erectile dysfunction. Grapefruit juice may also increase the level of tadalafil in your blood and should be avoided. Tell your PillSorted pharmacist or doctor about all medicines you are currently taking, including herbal remedies and supplements.

    Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

Cialis Together is intended for use by adult men only and is not indicated for use in women. It is not relevant for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Speak to your doctor or PillSorted pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding.

    Alcohol

Drinking alcohol whilst taking tadalafil can increase the risk of side effects such as dizziness, headache, and a drop in blood pressure. It is advisable to avoid drinking large amounts of alcohol before or after taking this medicine to reduce these risks.

    Driving and Operating Machinery

Tadalafil may cause dizziness or visual disturbances in some people. If you experience these effects, do not drive or operate machinery. Make sure you know how this medicine affects you before undertaking tasks that require concentration and alertness.

    Storage

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the tablets in their original packaging. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the packaging.
