Working Days Only
The 24-hour timeframes apply to Monday to Friday working days only, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Review Guarantee
Your order will be processed by the next working day’s evening. Whilst we guarantee review by the following working day, we typically aim to review and approve orders on the same day they’re placed. The 24-hour review period begins once your order and all required information have been received.

Dispatch Guarantee
Once approved, your order will be dispatched by the following working day’s evening. For example, if your order is approved at 9 a.m. on a working day, it will still be considered on time if dispatched by the evening of the next working day. In practice, we aim to dispatch much sooner—often on the same day where possible.

Credit Terms
The £24 credit can be used towards future orders and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
