How It Works

Directions for Use

Apply 1 ml of the solution directly to the affected area of the dry scalp twice daily — once in the morning and once at night. Who Should Not Take This Medicine

• Women (this product is formulated specifically for men — a separate Regaine product exists for women)
• Anyone under 18 years of age

• Those with an itchy, red, or infected scalp or any skin condition affecting the scalp
• Those with heart disease, high or low blood pressure, or kidney or liver problems (consult your doctor first)
• Those whose hair loss is sudden, patchy, or of unknown cause

Interactions

Minoxidil solution is applied topically, so interactions with other medicines are less likely than with oral treatments. However, caution is advised if you are using other topical scalp treatments, particularly those containing corticosteroids or petrolatum, as these may increase absorption of minoxidil through the skin. Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use. As the solution contains alcohol, keep it away from naked flames. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the packaging.
