How It Works
This mouthwash contains fluoride, which helps to strengthen tooth enamel and protect against tooth decay. Rinsing with the mouthwash helps to remove loose food particles, reduce plaque build-up, and freshen breath by reaching into the gaps and corners of the mouth that a toothbrush cannot always clean thoroughly.

Directions for Use
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: rinse with 10 ml (two teaspoons) of undiluted mouthwash for 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow. Use once or twice daily, ideally after brushing. This product is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Always read the patient information leaflet before use. • Cetylpyridinium chloride (antibacterial agent)

Possible Side Effects
• Temporary tooth or gum sensitivity
• Mild irritation or tingling of the mouth or gums
• Temporary discolouration of teeth or tongue with prolonged use
• Mouth ulcers or soreness (uncommon)
• Allergic reactions such as rash or swelling (rare)

Who Should Not Take This Medicine
• Children under 12 years of age

Interactions
No significant interactions with other medicines have been established for this topical oral rinse when used as directed. As with all oral hygiene products, avoid eating, drinking, or rinsing your mouth with water immediately after use to allow the fluoride to work effectively.
