Nelsons Arnicare Arnica Cream – 30g
Nelsons Arnicare Arnica Cream is a traditional herbal remedy used to help relieve the pain and discolouration of bruises, as well as minor muscle aches and stiffness. It is suitable for everyday bumps and bruises and makes a handy addition to any home first aid kit.
⸻
How It Works
The active ingredient, Arnica Montana (arnica), is a plant-based extract that has been used for centuries in traditional herbal medicine. It is believed to help reduce swelling, ease tenderness, and support the skin’s natural recovery from bruising and minor trauma when applied topically to unbroken skin.
⸻
Directions for Use
For adults and children aged 1 year and over, apply a small amount of cream gently to the affected area up to 3 times daily. Use only on unbroken, intact skin — do not apply to open wounds, cuts, or broken skin. Wash your hands after application. Always read the patient information leaflet before use. If you are unsure about the correct dose, speak to your PillSorted pharmacist.
⸻
Active Ingredients
• Arnica Montana (arnica) tincture — equivalent to 75 mg of Arnica Montana flower per gram of cream
⸻
Possible Side Effects
Nelsons Arnicare Arnica Cream is generally well tolerated, but some people may experience:
• Skin irritation or redness at the site of application
