Kalms Day 26mg Tablets are a traditional herbal remedy used to relieve the symptoms of mild anxiety, such as mild stress and tension, in adults. They contain a dry extract of valerian root, a plant that has been used for centuries to help ease feelings of nervousness and unease.

How It Works

Kalms Day tablets contain valerian root extract, which is thought to have a calming effect on the nervous system. Although the exact way it works is not fully understood, valerian is believed to help reduce feelings of anxiety and tension by interacting with certain chemical pathways in the brain that influence mood and relaxation.

Directions for Use

Adults aged 18 years and over: take 1 tablet three times a day. Tablets should be swallowed whole with water and can be taken with or without food. This product is not recommended for children or young people under 18 years of age. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.

• Valerian dry extract (from Valeriana officinalis L., root) 33.75mg — equivalent to 26mg of valerian dry extract per tablet

Storage

Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the tablets in their original packaging. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the packaging.
