How to Use
Insert a Contour Plus test strip into the meter and wait for the blood drop symbol to appear on the screen. Use the supplied lancing device to prick the side of a fingertip, then gently touch the blood drop to the tip of the test strip — the meter will draw in the blood automatically. Your result will appear on the screen within seconds, and if you have the Contour Diabetes app installed, it will sync to your smartphone via Bluetooth. Storage
Store the meter and test strips at room temperature, between 10°C and 30°C, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Do not store test strips in the fridge or in very humid environments, as this may affect their accuracy. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
