How to Use
Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before testing. Insert a Contour Next test strip into the meter and use the supplied lancing device to obtain a small drop of blood from the side of your fingertip. Touch the blood drop to the tip of the test strip and hold steady until the meter beeps and displays your result. Pair the meter with your smartphone via Bluetooth and open the Contour Diabetes app to automatically sync and review your readings.
