Description
Anthisan Bite and Sting Relief Cream – 20g
Anthisan Bite and Sting Relief Cream is a soothing topical cream used to relieve the itching, swelling, and irritation caused by insect bites, stings, nettle rash, and mild allergic skin reactions. It is suitable for adults and children and is a handy addition to any first aid kit or travel bag.
⸻
How It Works
Anthisan contains mepyramine maleate, an antihistamine that works by blocking histamine — the chemical your body releases when it reacts to an insect bite or sting. By blocking histamine, the cream helps to reduce itching, redness, and swelling at the affected site, bringing fast, targeted relief directly to where it is needed.
⸻
Directions for Use
Apply a small amount of cream to the affected area and gently rub in. This can be repeated up to three times daily as needed. Anthisan Cream is suitable for adults and children aged 3 months and over; however, avoid applying to broken or inflamed skin, and do not use on or near the eyes. Do not use for more than 3 days without seeking medical advice. Always read the patient information leaflet before use. If you are unsure about the correct dose, speak to your PillSorted pharmacist.
