A completely different way of eating
I’ve taken an all-natural approach throughout my weight loss. For my fibre, I make homemade lentil soup, which works great. I’m eating much better now and I really understand the calories needed to support my body.

What I’d do differently with dosing
Looking back, I wish there were better guidelines on moving up the doses and also on tapering down when getting close to maintenance. I feel I could have stayed on the lower doses for longer, but the guidelines often suggested moving up too quickly. Finding the right momentum for maintenance — one that helps me feel in control — is really important.
Look after the whole picture
I value more holistic advice on side effect management — constipation, for example — and guidance on how to manage loose skin and strengthen hair through plenty of natural protein and exercise.
