It takes about 2 minutes. Create your PillSorted account, go to NHS services, and follow the steps. We’ll handle the nomination through the NHS — you don’t need to call anyone. Your GP is notified automatically and your prescriptions will start coming to us electronically within a few working days.

Yes — your GP is notified automatically through the NHS Electronic Prescription Service. They don’t need to approve it, and they can’t refuse. It’s your legal right to choose any registered pharmacy. Your care and prescriptions continue as normal.

Absolutely. You can change your nominated pharmacy at any time through the NHS App, by calling your GP, or by asking any pharmacy. There’s no lock-in. Any prescriptions already in the pipeline will still be fulfilled.

Yes. You can add a parent, partner, or child to your account. Each person gets their own profile with their own medications, but you manage deliveries and refills from one place. Especially useful for elderly parents or children.
