Gaviscon Infant Sachets can be used as part of your infant’s daily feedings to help soothe stomach discomfort. This will help alleviate the distress caused by reflux, such as spitting up or heartburn.
Description
Gaviscon Infant Sachets are a paediatric treatment for acid reflux. The two active ingredients magnesium alginate 87.5mg and sodium alginate 225mg (per sachet) work together by forming a protective layer over the stomach contents preventing any contents in the stomach coming up into their food pipe and reducing acid reflux.
This is designed for those aged between 1 and 2 years old. If your child is younger than 12 months of age, please consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
