Description

Paramol Tablets are a pain relief medication. They contain the active ingredients paracetamol, which is a widely used pain reliever and fever reducer, and dihydrocodeine, a mild opioid analgesic that provides additional pain relief. Paramol Tablets are commonly used for mild to moderate pain relief, such as headaches, migraines, toothaches, and other similar conditions.
