Nicorette Mouthspray Cool Berry Single – 150 Sprays
Nicorette Mouthspray Cool Berry is a nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) used to help adults stop or reduce smoking. It delivers a measured dose of nicotine in a refreshing cool berry flavour to help manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms.
⸻
How It Works
Each spray releases a fine mist of nicotine directly into the mouth, where it is quickly absorbed through the lining of the mouth into the bloodstream. This rapid absorption helps to ease the urge to smoke and reduce unpleasant withdrawal symptoms such as irritability and restlessness, without the harmful chemicals found in cigarette smoke.
⸻
Directions for Use
Adults aged 18 and over should spray once or twice into the mouth when a craving occurs, avoiding the lips. Do not inhale while spraying. You can use up to 4 sprays per hour, with a maximum of 64 sprays in 24 hours. It is recommended to use the spray for at least 12 weeks as part of a structured stop-smoking programme, gradually reducing use over time. Nicorette Mouthspray is not recommended for use in those under 18 years of age without medical advice. Always read the patient information leaflet before use. If you are unsure about the correct dose, speak to your PillSorted pharmacist.

Interactions
Nicotine replacement therapy may interact with certain medicines, including theophylline, clozapine, ropinirole, and insulin, as stopping smoking can alter how these are processed by the body. The spray itself has a low risk of significant drug interactions, but it is still important to inform your healthcare provider about all medicines you take. Tell your PillSorted pharmacist or doctor about all medicines you are currently taking, including herbal remedies and supplements.
⸻
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
Stopping smoking completely is the safest option during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are unable to stop without help, nicotine replacement therapy is considered safer than continuing to smoke, but should only be used under medical supervision. Intermittent-dose products such as this mouthspray are preferred over patches during pregnancy, and should be used for as short a time as possible. Speak to your doctor or PillSorted pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding.
⸻
Alcohol
There is no known direct interaction between Nicorette Mouthspray and alcohol. However, drinking alcohol can sometimes trigger cravings to smoke, so it is worth being mindful of this during your quit attempt.
⸻
Driving and Operating Machinery
Nicorette Mouthspray is not expected to affect your ability to drive or operate machinery. However, if you experience dizziness or light-headedness as a side effect, avoid driving or using machinery until these symptoms pass.
⸻
Storage
Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not freeze. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the packaging.
