It has a calming and protective action to moisturise dry skin conditions such as eczema and alleviate itching and discomfort. It contains the active ingredients benzalkonium chloride and chlorhexidine dihydrochloride, which are antimicrobial ingredients, and liquid paraffin and isopropyl myristate, which are emollients.
