Sitagliptin is a DPP-4 inhibitor for type 2 diabetes. It helps your body make more insulin when your blood sugar is high.
Brands and strengths
Sitagliptin is the name of the active ingredient. In the UK it is sold as generic sitagliptin and under the brand name Januvia — both contain the same active ingredient and work the same way. Common strengths:
