    Description

Otrivine Child Nasal Drops – 10ml

Otrivine Child Nasal Drops contain xylometazoline hydrochloride and are used to relieve a blocked or stuffy nose in children aged 6 to 12 years. They provide fast, effective relief from nasal congestion caused by colds, hay fever, or sinusitis.

    How It Works

Xylometazoline hydrochloride belongs to a group of medicines called nasal decongestants. It works by narrowing the blood vessels inside the nose, which reduces swelling and congestion, making it easier to breathe through your child’s nose. Relief is usually felt within a few minutes of using the drops.

    Directions for Use

Otrivine Child Nasal Drops are intended for children aged 6 to 12 years only. The usual dose is 1 to 2 drops into each nostril, up to three times a day. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days, as prolonged use can make nasal congestion worse. Always read the patient information leaflet before use. If you are unsure about the correct dose, speak to your PillSorted pharmacist.
