How it works
It’s simple:

- Send it to us – Email the details to help@pillsorted.com including:
- Competitor’s name and price
- Screenshot or link to their offer
- Evidence they meet our compliance standards (GP notification, proper prescription requirements, etc.)
- We’ll verify and match – If the provider meets UK regulatory standards, we’ll match their price and give you £5 extra back.
Compliance requirements
For a competitor to qualify for our price match, they must provide:
- Independent BMI verification (not just uploading photos or uploading pre-recorded videos)
- Mandatory GP notification
- Patient ID verification
- Legally valid prescriptions with wet ink or advanced digital signatures
- Valid professional indemnity insurance
- Full GPhC compliance
If a provider doesn’t meet these standards, they don’t qualify – because they’re not providing safe, legal care.

Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: Available to PillSorted Members only for UK-registered providers offering identical treatments.
- Proof required: You must provide evidence of the competitor’s price and proof of their compliance with UK regulations.
- Compliance standards: Competitors must meet all regulatory requirements including independent BMI verification, GP notification, patient ID verification, legally valid prescriptions, and professional indemnity insurance.
- Treatment matching: The guarantee applies only to the same treatment, brand, strength, and dosage.
- Payment: Successful claims receive a coupon for the price difference plus £5.
- Verification rights: PillSorted reserves the right to verify, approve, or decline claims at our discretion.
- Modifications: We may withdraw or modify this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
