  • One-off (acute) prescriptions
  • How to track your deliveries
  • ID checks for controlled medications

  • How to get started

Helping you stick to your treatment

One of the most important things you can do for your health is take your medication exactly as prescribed—on time and consistently. I know that’s often easier said than done, especially when life gets busy.

That’s why we’ve built PillSorted to make it simple. We’ll send you reminders, pack your prescriptions carefully, and deliver them to your door, so you’re less likely to miss a dose.

Studies show this is especially important for long-term conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, or asthma—and even more so with newer medications like GLP-1 injectables (think Wegovy or Mounjaro), where where consistency really matters.

Managing your repeat prescriptions

Running low on tablets again? We’ve all been there. With PillSorted, we make sure that doesn’t happen. Each month, we’ll let you know when it’s time to reorder. You’ll get plenty of notice to stay ahead.

Ordering for someone else?

If you’re a carer or supporting someone else with their medication, you can sync deliveries so everything arrives together. It’s just one less thing to worry about.

Choose the re-order method that suits you best

Flexible delivery options

We get it—life doesn’t always run on schedule. So if things change, just let us know.

One-off prescriptions (Also Called ‘Acute’)

Need something urgent, like antibiotics? No problem.

If your GP sends us the prescription before 3 PM, we’ll dispatch it the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24. That means if it’s a common item we keep in stock, it will usually arrive the next working day.

Need it today? Call us. If it’s critical, we can release the prescription back to the NHS Spine so you can collect it from your local pharmacy instead.

When to Order: Our Suggested Timings

Because we work with your NHS GP—and we don’t know what they’ll prescribe in advance—we can’t always guarantee exact turnaround times.

But here’s what we recommend:

StepTiming
Request a repeatAt least 10 days before you run out
We aim to receive it9 days before you need it
If in stockWe’ll deliver it 2 days before your start date
If there’s an issueWe’ll contact you right away with next steps

That gives us enough time to sort everything and make sure you’re not left waiting.

Tracking Your Delivery

You’ll always know where your parcel is. We’ll keep you updated through:

With Royal Mail’s link, you can:

Delivery Days & Deadlines

📦 We dispatch Monday to Friday ( for delivery on Tuesday to Saturday)

📦 Want Saturday delivery? Just make sure your order comes in by Friday at 3 PM

Missed a delivery?

If Royal Mail tries three times and can’t get it to you, the parcel comes back to us—but we’ll be in touch to rearrange it. No stress.

Where We Deliver (And Where We Don’t)

We deliver all across the UK—to homes and most workplaces.

🚫 There are just a few places we can’t deliver to, for safety reasons:

Controlled medication? Have your ID ready

If your prescription includes controlled medication, it’ll arrive via Signed For Royal Mail, and you might be asked for photo ID when it’s delivered.

This helps keep your medicines safe and ensures they only go to you.

Your personalised medication chart

One of the things our patients love is the custom medication chart that comes with every PillSorted account. It helps you keep everything straight—what to take, when, and how often.

Here’s what it shows:

You can view it online, download and print it at home, or ask us to include a printed copy with your next delivery.

2. Can I track my delivery?

Yes. You’ll receive updates via email and text, plus you can track it in your PillSorted account or using your Royal Mail link.
