Sterimar Cold Defence Nasal Spray is a drug-free, natural saline nasal spray designed to help protect against colds and other upper respiratory infections by gently cleansing the nasal passages. It is suitable for adults and children over 3 years of age, and can help reduce the risk of conditions such as sinusitis, bronchitis, and ear infections.

How It Works
Sterimar Cold Defence uses a hypertonic seawater solution enriched with copper and hyaluronic acid to help flush out allergens, dust, bacteria, and viruses from the nasal passages. The copper helps to neutralise cold-causing germs, whilst the hyaluronic acid helps to soothe and moisturise the nasal lining. By keeping the nasal passages clean and clear, the spray supports the nose’s natural defence mechanisms against infection.

Directions for Use
For adults and children over 3 years: spray into each nostril 2 to 6 times per day, or as needed. To use, insert the nozzle gently into one nostril and press the pump whilst breathing normally through the nose. Blow your nose gently after use to clear the passages. The spray can be used as a preventative measure during cold season or at the onset of cold symptoms. Always read the patient information leaflet before use. Possible Side Effects

Interactions
